This is start of power supply upgrade using Harbach capacitor and diode board.

Original capacitors are removed

The SSB/CW relay will be removed, only 800V winding will be used with 3cx800 tube

That relay switches two HV taps from transformer and can be seen in lower right of photo

A warning, The timer maximum setting is 120 seconds
A 3cx800 requires 180 seconds
